John Harris the resident Parks and Recreation guru for the Natural Resources Management Department. He received his Bachelor's degree in Forest Management at Humboldt State University. Successive degrees were a Master's degree in Forest Recreation and a Ph.D. in Outdoor Recreation at Utah State University.
